Summary
Quanxi finds out that the black chrysanthemum are expanding their operations within Seattle and asks runners for help. The runners merc a BC temple and free kidnapped women.
Background
The Quanxi twins escaped the Triades earlier in the year, and so another triad expanding operations so blatantly near them made them very concerned. Hiring runners was the best option moving forward, even if they couldn't contact Lingchi.
The Meet
The team met Quanxi at their apartment for tea, and to talk about the run. An understanding of the situation led the team to realize that dealing with the black chrysanthemum would be potentially extremely deadly, consequence wise. Yet, they decided to go in on the gig anyway.
The Plan
The street sams would merc the base or vandalize it, while Stacy would head in the day after to gather a potential blood sample from the leader to blackmail or call knight errant with.
The Run
The Street sams snuck in with the help of Stacy's concealment, and what they found was troubling. Ho'olheyak had once again set up a trap intended for Lingchi, and springing it caused a whirlwind of combat to ensue. The corpses the team made were reborn as corpse spirits, while detritus spirits manifested as well.
The combat was quick and lethal, and surpising the team was a Venus of Chrome Crash, too. Having appearing from beyond the pale, they were put down and kidnapped by the team, only after convincing Saint to not kill them. The same could not be said about the rest of black chrysanthemum's goons, as the others were killed.
Aftermath
The team are able to return to Quanxi with the news, who accordingly starts to protect themselves with the information that both Black Chrysanthemum and Ho'olheyak are hot on their tail.
