Overview
Fournier runs the show for the Dockworkers in Westback, all the while glancing wishfully over the river at Downtown and the French Quarter. Despite not being allowed into those places because of what he is, Fournier knows people who know people who need work done... basically. And he knows a whole lot of them, so Fixing has become a very lucrative business for him.
