Background

Some local Libertine are causing Geoff Montgomery XLII the Raccoon some trouble at once of his warehouses and needs someone to deal with them.

The Meet

In Puyallup, a busted out building Throwback arrived on the scene. Inside he found a commlink wielding racoon. He initiated a DNI request to the creature and the racoon refused and decided to talk through his comm instead. Geoff Montgomery XLII the Raccoon introduced himself. He is having problems with some matrix racoons, Libertine. He wants them to stop breaking his stuff and start breaking other peoples stuff. If Throwback does this for him, he will provide some shinnies he has collected. Eagar at the chance to tackle some resonance critters Throwback accepted and the hunt was on.

The Plan

Locate the critters and try to talk with them, if he can't convince them to leave Geoff alone, stun them and relocate the someplace else.

The Run

Throwback asks Geoff to see some of the damaged equipment so that he can attempt to track the racoons resonance signature. Geoff took Throwback to a warehouse with a bunch of his stuff. Throwback managed to find a resonance signature on the stuff and tracked the creatures next door in a nearby building. He observed a small next protected in a collapsing building. Not willing to risk entering the decaying structure, and unable to lob a grenade into the hole, throwback conjured a sprite to tag the critters. Once done he compiled a Fault sprite and began combat with them. The battle was fierce, throwback remaining hidden, managing his merger pool of low level sprites while his two machine sprites began marking the apparent boss. His fault sprite engaging the others. The sprite managed to down one of them just before being blasted out of existence by the leader. Throwback merely compiled another sprite to take its place. This trading of sprits and blows continued for a bit until the creatures began to move off, apparently frustrated by the difficulty of the battle. Throwback continued to track their location, once he confirmed they had moved on, he alerted Geoff
