Robert started his corporate life as a programmer for Transys Neuronet, working his way up from the general programming pool, to a lead engineer and ultimately to a Project Manager. Due to a stroke of luck, he made the jump to start his own company shortly before Matrix Crash 2.0, and thus missed the chaos of the Transys restructuring and mergers. Since then he's turned his talents and vision towards building his own company, Caldwell Microelectronics, focusing on creating the best and most innovative 'softs on the market.  To that end he's been immensely successful with skill and autosoft aficionados due extra human touch Caldwell has managed to incorporate into their chips and has been steady making his mark on the market.
