Overview

Roscoe West was originally a citizen of CAS in the mountains of East Tennessee. He was a sharpshooter in the CAS military for several years before retiring and moving back to Tennessee to start a family and build a home. Unfortunately, this dream was short lived when a mining company moved in and started forcing people from their homes in the area. When they finally reached Roscoe, he was not deterred, telling the company to come back when they have official government orders... in not so polite terms. However, that night devised a plan; making himself a handful of makeshift explosives, he snuck onto the mining company's property and destroyed a majority of their key equipment. Due to this, he had to flee the country, headed west until he got to Seattle, lying low there for a long while as a game hunter in Snohomish until he made friends who knew of his past, offering money for his cooperation and services.
