Overview
Tiffany is a strange sort once you get to know her. On the surface level this attractive dark skinned woman looks as though she could be an actress for the largest simsense studios in Cal Free. But once you get to know her you realize how chilly and pragmatic the woman can be. There is only one thing you can ever pay her in, nuyen, she will accept no other substitute. However this woman seems to be able to track down and acquire some of the hardest to find drek on the black market.
