Overview
Armando helps run the clinic in the bowels of the Aztechnology Arcology at the pyramid. When not organizing stocks or installing 'ware he can be found in a room with an air filter so he can smoke his cigars to his favorite music. Don't cause him trouble and pay him his due and he will work with you.
