Overview

One of the suppliers for the Sons of Sauron, Bill is devoted to the cause and has seen his fair share of tussles. How high up in the organization is unclear, but he certainly knows how to make things go boom which is quite necessary for his friends in Sauron. He knows where to get it, and how to use it, and tends to like his kind more than others. He is a big and gruff orangish ork with a couple missing fingers and plenty of scares across his face.
