Summary
Elmo keeps getting asked about a Cyberdoc so took the initiative to find one who was in trouble and rapidly ingratiate himself. Dr. Cliff Morrow has had some trouble with Cutters creating enough emergency business while screwing with his supply lines that he has barely been doing installs at all. Elmo lays out some money for the team to go make a friend and deal with Doc's problems to facilitate a new friendship.
Background
Deireadh An Tuartheil has operated without much funding or anywhere near enough staff for over a decade at this point. The side work that the surgeons there do is what keeps the place afloat. As the cutters look for weaknesses on the Tarislar borders and properties that aren't officially Ancients protected, the hospital ended up on in the sights of the corporate level gang who was using a variety of teams and crews to hamstring it.
The Meet
The meet was a simple affair at Elmo's office. Elmo giving Ducky the standard novacoke advantage and Sam struggling with his recent addiction to Cereprax.
The Plan
The plan only went as far as how to get an interview with the Doc through a variety of sneaky means.
The Run
The team heads over to the hospital, Star of the Sea and Brunhilde staying outside and Sam and Ducky heading in.
Duckie sneaks a metalink from an orderly allowing Sam to to hack his way into the relatively mild hospital host.
Inside while making a change to appointment scheduling Sam notes a Decker who he etiquette down and who promptly ended up in a fight with the hospital spider. Sam using the cover to dip out, only realizing after the fact the guy was probably a cutter.
Sam and Duckie head upstairs, after realizing security was not operating properly at the doors while Brunhilde and Star of the sea realize they are not alone in the parking lot.
At this point Sam and Duckie get a little stonewalled by the Hospital Admissions nurse upstairs and Star and Brunhilde make a van full of gangers, as well as notice security is compromised when asked to check on the gang van.
At that point the team gets clocked by the decker and thinks start escalating fast. Duckie mentions security is compromised in front of one of their guys and a Judge Intentions standoff led to him with a hand pinnned to the desk and Sam and Duckie talking down the nurse from hitting a panic button.
Two cutters faking a wound decided it's time to kidnap the doc and call in the rest of their crews and leadership in an attempt to clear the hospital and damage the tarislar rep of the already small community hospital and cybersurgery center.
The team leaned in on a cascading dice failure and wiped out multiple hit squads of cutters, largely with Sam warning them how it was going to go every step of the way. Leading to him revealing himself directly to tell them to back off and still needing to incapacitate most of the team, which ultimately they achieved relatively well, convincing the doc to work with Elmo in the future.
Aftermath
Deireadh An Tuartheil has a visit from KE and turns over a dozen or so mid range cutters and some middle management well after the characters leave.
Dr. Cliff Morrow is able to build back up his cybertechnology side hustle and the cutters back off the Tarislar border with a new Hatred for this team and particularly for Samael.

Game Quotes
Player After Action Reports (AARs)
Samael
"Bloody Cutters have more bollocks than sense. Did my blasted utmost to send them home gentle-like, but they seem to be more than a bit dim. Shame, that."
Brunhilde
"It was a bit risky to have a shootout in front of a hospital, but all things considered it went pretty well."
Star of the Sea
"Oh. Oh my. Uhhh, cutters were dumb as fuck but I did get a chance to practice my nonlethal. Turns out, an axe haft is a rather workable bludgeon. And Brunhilde was... just wow."
