Summary
Ryuuji does a little trolling and beats up a particularly vile target.
Background
Ryuuji has a colorful history with the Yakuza. He's going to try and clean things up a bit behavior-wise, although that's easier said than done.
The Meet
The meet occurs in an alleyway surrounded by rotodrones. An armored woman, speaking only in Japanese, mentions that she needs a vile piece of filth to be lured out of their hidey hole for her to take out. She can't go ahead and assault the place directly as it'd cause too much noise, but if she can do it from a distance, she won't be implicated. Thus, the team's job is to get him out of the diner. The team accepts after finding out he's responsible for human trafficking. Blackhawk also finds out from a contact that this guy might be aided by a particularly vile Renfield-producing banshee, loosely connected to Agamemnon's operations if rumors are to be believed.
The Plan
Elegy arranges a J-Pop concern on the street corner outside, Blackhawk covers the sewers and Ryuuji sneaks in to start a fire and get everyone to evacuate the diner.
The Run
The run itself happens without particularly many complications until the point that a fire is formed. Ryuuji opens a few propane tanks to let the gas out into the kitchen. The gas stove ignites it and a large fireball is formed, but the fire travels down the gas stove's pipeline into an already connected propane tank. A contained ignition causes a genuine explosion and fire spirits materialize to celebrate the inferno while Elegy helps the Yaks evacuate. In addition, the target's spotted escaping through the back which Ryuuji does nothing about; he's done his job now that the guy's outside. Lo and behold, eighteen swarm shots to the back of the head.
In the sewers, Blackhawk has a good angle on a secret doorway and lands a one-shot blow to the throat with Stick-n-Shock rounds, knocking the banshee out immediately. Sticking a little wood splinter in his skin to prevent power usage, he hauls the banshee off to be drained all the way to Fifteen Essence, then executed.
Up top, a wraith appears from the violent background count and begins inciting violence among the yakuza. Elegy's concerned and manages to get out of the murder spree, but Blackhawk gets Asahiro Kunitoshi a visual of the spirit. He elaborates that he'll be there in two minutes -- a projecting adept thanks to Shade skyrockets in and executes the vile shadow spirit before leaving.
Aftermath
The Shiawase Samurai's panzer rigger is thankful that she's closer to leaving 'this drekhole of a city' as she's tasked with destroying 100 enemies of Shiawase's glory before being permitted return to the homeland.
