Summary
Abused and awkward dog(cat) of the Evo corp. Raised by the companys hands and manipulated to do their work. She literally gave an arm and a leg to the company and now works under their thumb.

Background
Born as a natural SURGE III Hanabi was obtained as an asset by the Evo Corp. at a very young age. From there she was tested on repeatedly going through terrible and horrible
experiments. As a result of these her arms and legs were removed and replaced with synthetic copies leaving her feeling quite abandoned and isolated. When she was young
they also noticed an aptitude for being an adept in them, though the frequent experiments and augmentation twisted the genes and made them corrupt magic around them
instead. Somewhere along the way Evo made her do something unthinkable and now she's on their leash and can't get free. They know where she is, they ask her favors, and
she needs to keep up appearances with them. She's constantly thinking of how to get away, though she fears losing what she has, and others learning what she did.
Narrative Significant Qualities
Astral Hazing- Manipulation from a young age and adapting cyberware to their developing body has made their genes twist and warp the area around them magically. Assumed to be a corruption of adept potential.
Bioluminescence- The neon blue part of their hair glows in the dark.
Broadened Auditory System (Ultrasound)-They can hear Ultrasound
Changeling (Class III SURGE)- Considered a freak, they were born as a Class III Surge with feline qualities.

Medium height and with slender and unique features Hanabi catches the eyes of many. To start her Changeling nature is quite evident. Her hair starts a normal black but quickly
flares into a bright neon blue that glows in the dark at the tips. Her eyes are cats eyes and a shocking shade of lavender. Her ears are perked and curved seemingly more
receptive to sound. She tends to be reserved beyond that, keeping to themself. They can usually be seen wearing somewhat baggy, comfortable clothes.
