Overview
Juan Ortiz is an Ork of Hispanic descent – and yes before you ask, that's the term he prefers used. Call him an Aztlaner descended person and he'll fight you. Proudly Salvadoran, Proudly Ork, Proudly from Oakland, Juan “El Cid” Ortiz has been a member of the Bloody Tusks since he was sixteen; and fights for his family, and his friends.
He actually took over the control of his crew from one of his uncles, and is himself related to one of Haven's Runners. Checking in on his cousin was one of the reasons he first checked out Seattle, but now that he's got connections he and his crew make regular smuggling runs from CalFree to Seattle, sometimes by land, sometimes by sea, and he's always looking for new potential friends.
