Overview

Kenway "Kenny" Archer has been a member of the 405 Hellhounds since he was old enough to handle a bike. He ran his first car off the 405 freeway at sixteen. Over the last twenty years he fought and killed more folks than he cares to count and at one point was amongst the most deadly criminals on the freeway. After a lifetime (Orkish anyway) of riding and fighting he decided to step back from the front lines of the gang. He'd tell you it was simply a matter of old 'ware and tired bones but the truth is he just got tired of doing the dirty work.

Still technically a member of the hounds, Kenny runs a biker bar called "The Thirsty Dog" tucked deep in 405 territory. This hole in the wall is frequented nearly exclusively by the gang, or hopeful recruits. You will usually find him behind the bar pouring a cheap shot of synthetic drek for a half dozen or so bikers. Most of the Hellhounds stop in at least once a month and many of the younger members are here much more frequently. Kenny frequently dispenses advice to these up and comers and helps them learn the ropes of running the 405.

It would be foolish to assume that just because Kenny doesn't engage in the wanton violence of his younger peers he is a "nice" guy or not a threat. He isn't a mastermind, but he brings twenty years of experience and a disregard for metahuman life to the table. Those foolish enough to bring trouble to his bar will find themselves staring at the wrong end of an aluminum bat or down the barrel of a machine pistol. Between his size, his patrons, and the simple fact that messing with Kenny is a good way to anger the entirety of the 405 Hellhounds means nobody starts an undue amount of trouble in the bar.

While he isn't the leader of the 405 Hellhounds, he is a fixture of the gang and is as well known and respected in their ranks as just about anyone. He is a source of knowledge about the gang as he is aware of most of the comings and goings of it's members. Though he isn't a fixer, he has been known to pass odd jobs to Hellhounds from time to time. A runner looking to hire some short term muscle or to get a group of bikers to cause a distraction might find Kenny to be an asset.
