Summary
Lolly is an intelligent, know-it-all decker. She refuses to let anyone else take charge of a situation, always with the thought that she knows what is best for anyone and everyone.
Goals
Survive. Provide a good life for her brother.
Background
Lolly, or Violetta as she was named by her mother, was born to a SINless whore in the Redmond Barrens. Typical sad family life. Never knew her father. A half-brother came along when she was 15, and then... their mother got sick. Attacked one night on her way home from work, their mother is now a Ghoul. Despite this fact, Lolly still cares. After their mother became infected, Lolly shelled out good money to a number of people, looking for her father. She knew him to be part of the upper crust of society, that he was human, and that he had used the name Jackson, at least... he had when he met her mother.
She found him, one Jackson Bentley. A mid-level manager for the Seattle branch of Horizon, she used the dirt Socialite had gathered to blackmail him. She got out of the deal a SIN and a place to live, all bills paid, with a little extra at the end of the month.
However, that's not good enough for Lolly. At the time she started digging into her father, she began her work in the shadows. Mostly data steals, a few infiltrations (not that she was ever the one infiltrating, she just dealt with cameras and locks), but she needs the money, to pay for the house her mother stays at, and she's putting away a sizeable nest egg for her brother, so that he doesn't have to live off of scraps as she did for the first 16 years of her life.
Narrative Significant Qualities
Carrier (Strain 3) While taking care of her mother, Lolly was scratched. Luckily, she didn't succumb to the disease. However, she now runs the risk of infecting others.
Dependents 3 She has two dependents, a Ghoul mother (housed at another location) who suffers from either dementia or Alzheimer's, and a younger brother (James/Jamie) 10 years of age.
Alpha Junkie She has to be in control. If she's not in control, something could go catastrophically wrong and she can't risk not going home.
