A criminal gang that operates mostly as smugglers nowadays, though in the past has had more of an active role in the C.A.S (primarily Texas and Oklahoma). That isn't to say they don't make any moves anymore, but such cases are few and far between.

Slick Willie Wyld: The Boss, The Head Honcho, The Main Man... these are but a few of his titles. A man considered best to let laze about drinking booze by those who know him. If he is needed to step in, someone's ending up with a bullet between their eyes during or after the job. Many rumors surround the figure, but nothing seems to turn up about who he really is or if Slick is his real name.

Toro: Leader of the group looking over Seattle. As indicative of the name, he's a minotaur. Remarkably, though, he is far more concerned with the logistics and planning of the gang's movements rather than stepping out onto the field himself. Don't take his calm presence for granted, however. He is incredibly augmented with bioware and is capable of turning others into red paste if it comes down to it.

Background
The gang originally began twenty-seven years ago under the leadership of Fernando Castillo, a conman and thug who fled Aztlan territory after one of his cons went south and he butchered four men in a bar. But that wasn't enough to keep him down. Entering Texas, soon after he built up connections and gained intel on a convoy with a heavy payout - if he could gather a crew to intercept it. As luck would have it, he wasn't the only one looking to hit the convoy, and after hitting up interested parties had become the leader of a small gang of his own. From that heist onward, they became known as "Los Desperados del Diablo," and for the next five and a half years became a terror in the fringes of civilization.
Unfortunately, Fernando would end up dead after a Lone Star raid, and for a time the gang scattered into the winds until one of his lieutenants revived it. This did not last long, and within a year a mutiny ended his life. For the next few years after that the seat of leadership changed hands several more times, until a man known as Slick Willie Wyld took charge. A man rumored to have outsmarted the Devil himself... With his cunning guile and a nasty quickdraw, he has managed to keep the reigns on the gang for all these years. Under his leadership he's turned them from stragglers and simple brigands, to a well-connected smuggling ring. While Los Desperados del Diablo primarily deal within C.A.S lands, they do hold a few hideouts in other cities outside of the C.A.S. Only recently have they began to make moves to add Seattle to the list of territories they operate in.

Health Summary
Within C.A.S. lands, the gang is doing mighty well. Shipments are coming and going, Lone Star is being properly dodged, and other gangers aren't causing problems.
Within the U.C.A.S and the Salish-Shidhe Council's realms, the few cities they inhabit are generally fine. The further north one goes, the more rare the Desperados are seen and the more limited their routes go. Seattle, especially, has a rather tiny outpost in Snohomish.
There are no sightings in the California Free State or Tir Tairngire.
