Overview

Originally a professor, Eustace "Toro" Turner fell upon hard times until being plucked off the streets by Los Desperados del Diablo. Seeing as how he was on his last legs, he accepted their offer to join. For the next few years he ran as a common thug for the gang, though quickly it was realized he was equal in both brain and brawn when one of his suggestions was heard by the chief in that city. Immediately he was promoted to captain, and from there the rest was history.

At least, until recently, when he was given the opportunity to advance further by none other than one of the boss's lieutenants. With a small ragtag bunch of a misfits Toro was sent to the far-off reaches of Seattle to set a foot in the city of shadows. Now he attempts to wrangle the crew together and keep their foothold within Snohomish.

Aspects Description

Aspect	Description
Busy Bull	Looking over a gang is busy work, and Toro finds himself overseeing a lot of their operations with such a tight crew. Always make an Availability Test for this Contact with their Connection +3 than normal.
Lone Star? No Star.	Los Desperados and Lone Star don't mix. As such if a runner has a positive reputation with Lone Star, treat all services as having 2 less Loyalty, with an additional 1 less Loyalty per 5 positive reputation with Lone Star.
Wanted	While not a grand amount, his face is definitely plastered in a few towns in the CAS with a bounty on his head - dead or alive.
Game Recognizes Game	Toro's been in the biz long enough to know a thing or two, especially when it comes to business related to his gang. +2 to Knowledge and Networking checks made regarding Smugglers and Smuggler Routes.
Know 'ware	Having done intensive research into 'ware to properly kit himself out, Toro's able to recognize most types of 'ware at just a glance or description. +2 to Knowledge checks made regarding Bioware and Cyberware.
Word On The Vine	Being the Chief means a few things. Namely, it means knowing the streets and its inhabitants, as well as all the moves being made. +2 to Knowledge checks made regarding Gangs, Mafia, and Yakuza.
A Bandito's Best Friend	No self-respecting Desperado would be caught with their holster empty or revolver without ammo. +2 to Gear Acquisition checks made regarding Pistols and Pistol Ammunition.
The Planning Phase	Only an idiot goes into a building without an idea what it looks like on the inside. Luckily, Toro's here to fix that problem. +2 to Knowledge and Networking checks regarding layouts of a building or area.
A Bigger Stick	While other Desperados typically stick with a revolver or other smaller, more easily concealed weapon, Toro prefers up-close engagements with his shotgun. As such, he's always making sure to keep a stockpile. +2 to Gear Acquisition checks regarding Shotguns and Shotgun Ammunition.
Got My Ways	As expected of a smuggler gang, gear acquired isn't always 'legal'. +2 to Gear Acquisition checks regarding Restricted or Forbidden items.
Had A Scuffle Once Or Twice	Toro's been part of the gang a good few years now. By this point he's had more than a few scrapes with Lone Star, and has gotten a bit of a picture of how they operate. +2 to Knowledge checks regarding Lone Star, its procedures, and areas they have heavy presence in.
