Always found seated behind the check-in counter, he’s the one who takes payments, manages rotations, and keeps the peace. But beneath the veneer of a quiet clerk lies a seasoned Triad operative, entrusted by his elders to keep tabs on operations and pass along intelligence.
He has a thick accent, a slow drawl when he speaks, and eyes that miss nothing. While polite, he’s rarely warm—his trust is earned over time, not bought.
