Overview
One of the faces of the Choson Ring to the higher crust of both the legal and illegal worlds, Rolling Waves shows little emotion, partakes in no violence, and speaks highly of everyone, even the Shotozumi-Rengo. While she is not the most popular among her own ring for lacking any decking skill, and even showing distaste for it, she still sits at a high position at the table, and is nevertheless highly respected.
