Background
Selena had lived a fairly normal life in Seattle, one of the first generation elves born after UGE went through. She fell in with a rough crowd, and was eventually arrested for petty theft and whatever other crimes Lone Star could pin on her. She wound up in McMillan Correctional Facility, where she decided she'd keep her head down, and serve out her time. Unfortunately, either through bribery, blackmail, or some other method, a vampire in Pullyallup leveraged one of the guards to arrange for her to wind up out in the yard after dark.
Her body was found drained of blood and essence, and brought down to the prison morgue for autopsy, where she experienced a rebirth, as HMHVV brought her back a vampire. The guards found her covered in the autopsy technician's blood, the first victim of her feeding, which added quite a few more years to her sentence, and a rather unorthodox method of imprisonment. They locked her in a watertight cell, and filled it up, forcing her to spend the rest of her sentence in water induced dormancy, and leaving her terrified of being trapped underwater. She suffered no other ill effects, and has since been released into the care of her PO Officer Friendly.
