Overview
How can you be both a full-blooded Persian and 100% a child of the communist state of Henan? The answer is SURGE. That's about all that most associates know about the mysterious Chairman, a professional fixer and criminal 'activist' for SURGEd and anti-corporate causes. As prickly and imperious as his fluffy, feline exterior might suggest, the Chairman reserves sympathy for his fellow SURGEd and the working class, unless you can offer him the high-quality fish he rather sheepishly accepts as payment.
