Something is wrong, very wrong, kidnapping cases have been increasing across Seattle with a steady rise that is still too low for the higher ups to care, but have caught the eye of an investigator who is still very serious about his old oath to serve and protect the metahuman population of Seattle.
After searching through less than legal means, he overhears about about a chance encounter that might be related to the case, deciding to elicit the help of the Haven´s runners to bypass the red tape and help finally put some old demons to rest.
