Summary
Five of Nines is... Five of Nines. They manage to successfully gather information for a Johnson who desired the location of someone with the information they need. By renting out a Suite.
Background
With the New Century Party gaining a significant portion and devotion to their efforts. Mr. Johnson in this instance worries severely for the sake of everyone as more may lie behind the scenes than anyone may know, and would spell disaster for many more.
The Meet
After a brief call with Dullahan where upon Five of Nines had since turned down their date breaking the poor soul's heart. After this however Five of Nines was able to secure meet with a scared and anonymous Johnson. Who had a tense and stiff posture/demeanor. After some weird back and forth between the two, the Johnson was able to inform Five's that something terrible was coming and that Seattle was heading towards its doom. With a lax attitude Five's accepted the job to find one David Iglesias, a supporter of the New Century Party. David held information as to the whereabouts of one Fredrina Hartwood. Said Fredrina actually held the information the Johnson was looking for. With an agreed payout of 14,000 nuyen Fives set off to find David and get the information.
The Plan
With little to work off of, Five managed to get in touch with Jazz and request some information gathering which he managed to provide. There was a chief of security for the New Century Party named Orion. While he was stalwart he had an assistant named Elaina whos loyalty could be bought. With a couple more nuyen in his pocket Jazz hung up and arranged a meeting between Five and Elaina at a Soycaf cafe in Bellevue. After some back and forth negotiations would follow. After handing over 4000 nuyen Elaina informed her of the hotel David was currently staying, a decently affordable yet nice hotel in Renton named the Silver Sparrow on the 6th floor. With this in mind, Five headed towards the location and prepared for whatever may follow.
The Run
Five arrived at the Silver Sparrow she simply asked for a room on the same floor as her target. After purchasing said room she returned to the vehicle and realized how tight the security would not allow the access of her typical runner equipment so she decided to get creative. Simply bringing a maid uniform as well as hopes and dreams that whatever she may do may prove to be successful. Arriving at her room and changing into said maid attire and picking up a couple included soaps and other such cleaning supplies to sell the part. Arriving at the door she did not see David but rather two Troll security guards who questioned her. And despite all odds they reluctantly let her in under the assumption that David had hired her for... "entertainment." As this went on more cracks started to appear in Five's façade yet they still allowed her into the room that David was staying in with the smells of different substances filling the air as she did. Once the door was closed behind her a gun was also pointed towards her head by David as well as the heard cocking of the rifles the guards outside likely also now held. The negotiations were tense and close but with the promise that outing Fredrina would not result in his termination, a good bit of pay, and a night of fun David reluctantly agreed. Later on handing Five's the information needed after said night of fun.
Aftermath
With the intel in hand Five met back up with the Johnson who was relieved to learn where she was and that he could begin planning to release the truth. That the New Century Party was in close alliance with a group of magical supremacists that viewed mundane's as incomplete and inferior. Doing cruel experiments even on his sister which ended up in her death. With this intel the Johnson began planning and Five headed along her way.
