Picking the Team
GM fiat is to be assumed to pick characters that can reasonably accomplish the run, as well as players that I feel will be able to embrace/enjoy the consequences - so long as these aspects are fine - I will try to pick a team that is the most thematically appropriate by the J, using Wikis, past Job experience, and reasonably accessible backstory to the J. The J will usually try to take runners they feel will accomplish the goals, though as is life, they won't have access to all your information, and I may purposely take characters with disagreements to push character narrative if I feel the player is mature enough to handle the story.
