Summary
Five of Nines, having been recognized for her dealings to make the Finnigans more progressive, is called in by Rowena O'Malley to address her job performance. She's intending on a bit of a promotion.
Background
Do good work, get rewards. Five of Nines has been working on making the Finnagans a more accepting group during her yearlong work with them. Rowena O'Malley, big wig in charge of the whole O'Malley Syndicate - not just the O'Malley family, but the Finnigan, Ciarniello, McKaskill, and Kozlowski families. She wants things done better, much as Nines does, but having been held back by the old-blood conservatives there is only so much she can do.
Now she has hatched a scheme.
The Meet
A simple letter at the door of Noel's girlfriend's house invited her to a pub to meet for important business. Signed by the O'Malleys.
When there, Nines practically shat herself when she realized who summoned her, and what she proposed. Taking it as an offer she couldn't refuse, Nines accepted the task at hand and agreed to meet at the dinner tonight.

Noel was brought into a very large and well-crafted dining hall where she was inducted into the O'Malley Syndicate as an enforcer in front of all six dons and donnas, including Rowena herself.

Five of Nines is now a made man of the O'Malley Syndicate (5rvp) - the overarching group run by Rowena O'Malley where she rules most of the mafias in Seattle.
She wants things more progressive but is held back by her family, and the families around her. Having some new blood work between the lines can help forward that goal.
