Overview
Jiang is a fairly tall human male with a weakness for parties, women, and wine. He especially enjoys imported varieties from Tir Na Nog. He was an informant for Wuxing from within the local Yellow Lotus Triad, working with Shenshen for their mutual benefit. He took pity on her when she was politically ousted from the organisation, offering her a place within the Triad, but she refused.
