Overview

Once an assistant manager of PR in a Berrydale Wuxing building, after Shadowrunners busted into his place and ended up knocking out another team of runners while he was in shock, he ended up taking the credit and getting promoted - to the Head of Auburn Wuxing Security, much to his chagrin. He is drastically under-qualified, but quoting from the book of tactics and seeing what shit sticks to the wall, he technically earns his far higher pay. He's hilariously corrupt, but won't betray runners - he has them to thank for his paycheque - but is not exactly used to how runners work. He does what he's asked to, but does a lot of newbie mistakes, and may just be high on novacoke or yelling at one of his many extra-marital flings.

Wuxing Security Head, Technically	His corruption and ties to Wuxing means that he has a +2 to gear checks to get Wuxing (or subsidiaries) branded gear.
Elven Charm	While he may be generally terrible about women, he is still a charming elf, granting +2 to networking checks when the target is physically attracted to men.
Ex-PR Assistant	Having once been PR, Liu Chen knows how to calm people down, having a +2 to networking checks when the target is emotionally irritable.
Unbreakable Spirit	Despite being in a cushy corporate job, Liu Chen is nearly impossible to make back down or scared, always rising to the occassion and always having a +2 to networking checks against targets who could kill him easily. (GM discretion)

No, I've Only Been Divorced Once!	A classic trick of his, he knows well how to forge documents, granting a +2 to active checks involving forging or image doctoring.
