Dakota is a liaison from the SSC Rangers to any… questionable assets. The Rangers don’t like outsiders but understand the value they can bring. She usually spends her days with her booted feet kicked up on her desk in her office on Council Island playing games.
As a fox shifter, she grew up in the wilds and moved into the city when she was very young. The Rangers snatched her up due to her natural magical ability. They gave her rights and a National SIN. She worked out in the wilderness for a few years before being transferred to Blackstone Prison as part of a personnel exchange with the Sioux Nation.
