After nearly being killed by Nova Rich ganger Billy Billions, Street Pirate KAPTAIN KILLDOZER has been hospitalized and is in no shape to enact get vengeance. Yet. He's got big plans to strike back at the Nova Rich and expand his thrill gang, but that'll have to wait until he's out of the infirmary.
In the meantime, his crew is planning on throwing one hell of a rager to celebrate their Kaptain's survival and recovery, but needs some help getting everything together.
