Overview

Once a member of the UCAS Navy, a bad BTL trip lead to KAPTAIN KILLDOZER being dishonorably discharged and starting a pirate-themed thrill gang. Never seen without a tricorn hat and an ostentatious captain's coat, KAPTAIN KILLDOZER terrorizes the streets and waterways of Seattle with his fleet of amphibious craft.

KAPTAIN'S ORDERS!	As Kaptain of the Street Pirates, KAPTAIN KILLDOZER has a crew of a couple dozen violent pirate enthusiasts at his disposal.
FIRE ALL CANNONS!	Between misappropriated munitions from his navy days and arms acquired from raids, KAPTAIN KILLDOZER has a healthy stockpile of explosives and heavy weapons at his disposal.
SET SAIL!	KAPTAIN KILLDOZER has a fleet of amphibious vehicles at his disposal, both watercraft modified to operate on land and groundcraft modified to operate on the sea, and loves a good race or other high octane, dangerous opportunities to use his mighty vessels.
