Summary
Horned Bear is a Private Military Company whose members are HTR/Spec-Ops level of skill or are in training to become on par with them. Often employed by individuals or corporations without the funds to devise an HTR force of their own or do not wish to risk their own on a particularly deadly assignment.
Goals
- Ensure every member is the strongest they can possibly be.
- Carefully seek and train new recruits to join their official ranks.
