Overview

Thalia is the smile that the lodge sends before the knives. She is a vivacious, charming, elegant, woman who is absolutely a master mind mage. Her own magical practices follow the Black Magic Tradition and her particular spell work center on influence and mental manipulation - as a Magic 7, Initiate Grade 6, her power lays predominantly in her ability to influence the mechanics of the world around her and not in terms of raw, magical, energy.

The protégé of "Gentleman" George Atwood, the leader of her Lodge and member of the Lodge of Mordred himself, Thalia encountered the Haven runners during the events of Debts of Dishonor where, in a bid to gain a powerful magical artifact, she was able to gain, instead, a 'hook' into Chameleon. While he is not being drawn into the lodge itself, he has become an asset for her information gathering network.

GM Notes

• Thalia is a MAG 7, EDG 5, IG 6 full magician of the Black Magic tradition with a Force 8 Power Focus tattoo along her back.
• She absolutely plays the 'elegant woman' routine as her default negotiating tactic, preferring to rely on charm and class as a first line of attack. She prefers a sort of 'guarded honesty' where she is forthright about details in order to garner trust, while strategically lying or leaving some out.
• If she cannot negotiate her way to a benefit, she will use a summoned Spirit of Man to use Influence, and follow it up with a Rewind or Alter Memory. In an emergency, she will pull out Control Thoughts or Mob Mind.
• Thalia is an information broker and exceptionally well informed due to the Lodge's connections. She is always looking for agents who she can use to garner more intelligence opportunities
• A born linguist and polyglot, Thalias speaks a variety of languages - most common ones in the UCAS and Europe, a few Middle eastern ones, Mandarin Chinese and Japanese as well.
