Overview

Maria is a daughter of the Batista Crime family, one of the most powerful crime organizations in the Caribbean League. Spending time away from her family, from Cuba, she resides in Miami, working to finish her Masters degree in Business.

Recently, her family tried to marry her off to a member of the Zobop in an attempt to forge a more harmonious future together. Maria however did not agree, so she hired runners to extract her back to her home. Now, she maintains an uneasy distance as she renegotiates her personal autonomy with her family. Still, she's confident things will work out. She's just not ready for such a big commitment yet! Maybe someday though.
