Overview
A Finnish medical student studying Pathology abroad, Huugo Pitkannen sought to understand precisely how the HHMVV virus functioned, partially for his own curiosity and a odd sort of revenge for the death of his mother several years prior. He was working at UW Medical when he was approached by Bedhead and offered all the Infected samples he could want in exchange for occasional medial treatment and opinions. Huugo gladly accepted.
