While many people would get insane or go into pure self destructive Vendetta, Vigo decided to play smart and start to organize thing to stop people from getting their hand on Forbidden Knowledge, he started to get contact into police and north american government official through meeting and other thing, trying to the find the good profile here and there. This initiative led to the formation of a little organisation named Delta Green of which he is the oversee for now.
