Overview

Vigo Flamel is a magician and a teacher at the University of Magic in Providence officially he had a pretty normal life except that his brother turn to the Elder God magic and became a cultist, leading by a series of Shenanigans he never told anyone about to the death of his wife Ophélie.

While many people would get insane or go into pure self destructive Vendetta, Vigo decided to play smart and start to organize thing to stop people from getting their hand on Forbidden Knowledge, he started to get contact into police and north american government official through meeting and other thing, trying to the find the good profile here and there. This initiative led to the formation of a little organisation named Delta Green of which he is the oversee for now. Vigo doesn't really want to have buisness in the Shadow but he knows that runners are often valuable assest that can act for the greater good.

Aspect	Description
Control Freak	Vigo don't really like to use is relation to help in the Shadow, as such he will often put very specific line that are not to be cross by the runner (if he ask for active help or some string to be pull.) If the runner cross the line Vigo burn him, he can be lenient if a chip is used however.
Delta Green Network	Vigo know some people in Knight Errant, the FBI and many other governmental or law enforcement kind of structure. He can call people there to pull information or service.
Magician	Vigo is an hermetic mage that has some initiation rank and a good amount of magic, he can help runners in that regard.
Forbidden Knowledge	The lost knowledge about the horrors, the fourth world and so on. Vigo gazed the abyss and can help with those topics. (Though the runners need to have those knowledge as well !)
Hospitality	He is a good soul, if the runners need to hide somewhere and they are near Providence ? Well, Vigo can offer his home as a safehouse (and help runners to get off the track of KE)
Cult Specialist	The main focus of Vigo is in work against the Horrors is to disrupt cult and other structure of that order, he is often aware of some rumors or could have knowledge about a cult. (He only strike the one that has forbidden knowledge...)
High Society	You want to enter a prestigious "soirée" and you didn't got an invitation, well Vigo has some reputation and well he can afford to bring some friend with him !
Alchemist	Vigo is specialised in Alchemy as such he can offer prepration of many spell to runners. (He is quite "old" for a mage his spellbook is big and would have most common "runners" spell !)
Old Fashion	He like old litterature and has extensive knowledge about it, maybe it could help, one day ?
