Overview
Quentin Alvarez is an ork ganger who rolls with the Red Rovers. He's been known to participate in highway hijackings, usually of large automated transport convoys. He's a decent wheelman and a decent shot, and he feels naked without an AK-97 in his hands and an inhaler of Jazz not burning through his nerves.
