Overview
Dr Urist Milgram often come as a rude individual known for his tantrum where he make really mean remark on the physical appearence of peoples, while a lot of people get pissed off at this, he like when people answer back with a good rhetorics. People often indulge those tantrum because of his skill as a biotechnologist. While he offer basic cyberware service he will never bother with more expansive or more difficult implantation of those.
