Overview
The barber shop has always been a hub of community activity. Things are no different at the "Top Fade" near the Tacoma Docks. The owner Louis Lewis had acted as an adviser and confidant for countless sprawl denizens. At the Top Fade, people could get a first-rate haircut while dishing the dirt.
After a while, Lewis started utilizing his personal network as a means of networking . If people came to him with a problem, he could often suggest a solution that another one of his associates could offer. Lewis would arrange a meeting between the two, and often collect a small fee for his trouble. Thus, he became a fixer in the Tacoma Docks area through a gradual and natural process.
