Overview
The barber shop has always been a hub of community activity. Things are no different at the "Top Fade" near the Tacoma Docks. The owner Louis Lewis had acted as an adviser and confidant for countless sprawl denizens. At the Top Fade, people could get a first-rate haircut while dishing the dirt.
