Overview
A religious man from the Caribbean League, John Baptise drives an old yellow cab through Seattle and seems to work almost exclusively with shadowrunners. No one really knows what his deal is, if he is actually magically awakened or if he is in fact as mundane as he appears to be. While the smell of rum and cigar smoke wafting from his cab is certainly real and not some simsense projection, there are things about him that don't quite add up. Namely that every runner that ever needs a lift and has his number always gets a ride, even if somehow the two runners call at the same time from different locations. Whatever the truth behind this strange voodoo practitioner he has two hard rules if you're going to call for a ride: No sex in his ride, and if you have to puke, put your head out the window.
