A former graduate of UWAS medical school. Henry had a brilliant career for a decade, until it all went sound when he was sued for malpractice "biosculpting" an unwilling victim. Now out of a license, he works in the shadows, applying his "art" on those that deserve it and can afford it.

Without any sort of magical talent he gravitated towards overcoming metahuman potential through cyberware. This obsession had driven his many brilliant research career into deltaware development. Secretly Dr. Wallace is the leader of a cyber-singularity cult. Henry had been sued multiple times for malpractice as each day his obsession with the cyberization of mortal flesh grows. However, every time he came out on top, given his considerable connections in the shadows.
