Summary
Hidden away in France, the one christened Fia licked her wounds and was reborn as Noir, but hid away from the world. On behalf of Ez-Azael, Blackhawk faces off against Surtr's self doubt, and father Młynar to extract him.
Background
Noir, regretting his actions to flee Seattle and become infected is stuck on a moral dilemma of staying with her adoptive father in France or to return to his fiance and stomping grounds in Seattle.
The Meet
Noir spends his days with his father, Młynar. In their now seemingly mundane life, he lives like a family might, but this family is a farce and he knows it.
The Plan
Noir must face his self doubt and fears of staying and going, choosing to go back to his home with Ez-Azaell vs staying at his new family with Młynar. Blackhawk shows up to tip the scales in one direction.
The Run
Noir spends a few days living with Młynar, being trained in mindfulness to contain themselves and not harm others. They live a mundane seeming life until Młynar leaves for work with the Knightclub. On that night, Blackhawk shows up to confront Noir.
Speaking truths that Noir would need to hear, Blackhawk spins a tale of regret and sin that Noir had left in his wake. After much coercing, Noir leaves with him via motorcycle without saying goodbye to his adoptive father.
On the road to the port, the duo are attacked by four mercs on motorcycles. Noir's spirit ally and magical prowess quickly dispatch them within seconds. After the combat, they realize that they were Knightclub members, and spend the rest of the trip in solitude.
At the port, Noir is confronted by his father, Młynar, to return to France with him to live his life without making waves, however Noir begs to be let go to be with his husband, potentially putting himself and others at risk in the meantime. Relenting, Młynar let's his adoptive son go, but not before wishing eachother well with Noir acknowledging Młynar's status as his father before leaving.
Aftermath
Noir returns to Seattle with Blackhawk, leaving his shortlived life in the countryside of France with Młynar.
