Overview
A disheveled, middle aged troll never seen without a naval Capitan's hat. A former Carnival cruise ship captain, he sunk his vessel by smashing it into the rocks while attempting a drive by of the shore. Fleeing from the police (and a number of unrelated creditors), the Cap'n moved to Seattle and fell into Hurlg addiction. His alcohol-addled brain yearns for the seas; the fishing boat on which he works is a pale imitation of what he used to have. He operates a small time smuggling operation, determined to save enough to buy a truly worthy vessel.

| Who Are Ye, Again? | The Cap'n spends at least a quarter of his day black-out-drunk. When calling him, roll a d6; on a 1 or a 2 he will completely forget who you are. If this happens, the player's loyalty is treated as "1" for the duration of the task, unless a player provides him with some Sober Time. |
| Master of the High Seas | When it comes to drunk driving boats, the Cap'n is one of the best. Legal or illegal, if you're paying cash he's willing to drive you. |
