Overview

David Squire is a KE Captain who understood early on in his career that nobody is better at catching rats than other, bigger rats, with better intel. For the last fifteen years he's both given and received information to runners on anything from where the Red Hot Nukes go to re-up, to where Paolo "Popeye" Giustiniani was laying low after he killed four Finnigan higher-ups in '72. His two-way intelligence operation has closed over two hundred cases over his career, many of them by the main suspect ending up dead. It has also resulted in almost two dozen cops on the take winding up either dead or fired. Captain Squire considers that the cost of doing business.

By The Book	Captain Squire will refuse to assist crimes against law-abiding target. Even if that target is an MCT building that is allegedly performing unethical extralegal experiments - the heat on Squire isn't worth the trouble.
Thin Blue Line	Squire is happy to let criminals kill criminals. +2 to any test relating to people KE has an open case about or outstanding warrant on for a serious offense (GM Discretion, but generally anything north of grand theft auto)
Blue Code Violation	Captain Squire detests police corruption. +2 to any tests relating to a possibly corrupt cop. He will be very, very angry if you manufacture evidence of corruption to trick him.
Seedy Underbelly	Squire has been in the game long enough to know who the movers and shakers are in Seattle's Underworld. +2 to tests relating to Seattle criminals.
War on Drugs	Getting drugs off the streets is one of David's hobby horses. +2 to tests relating to drug dealers, drug smuggling, and drug production.
Go For a Taste	David has a +2 on tests relating to places where cops hang out.
