Overview
Billy is a foul mouthed, abrasive man with a chip on his shoulder. While deployed with his ranger battalion his wife was murdered in their home. No leads were found and Billy has since taken it as his personal mission to try and track the killer, not that he has made any progress. He remains with the rangers in order to pay the bills and keep the lights on.
