Overview
Nobody knows much about him, just that he occasionally tells stories of learning from a legendary street doc in India. Has a tiny shop not much larger than a closet, which seems even smaller with him in it, He moves slowly and carefully, especially when drunk, and most would be forgiven for believing him to be homeless.
