Overview
Pramanix is a fixer for the Finnigan Family irish mob. They're a bit newer to the scene but they're just as connected. Rumor has it, Pramanix wacked someone and took over their position in the family.
Hailing from Tir na nOg, Noi Sylvestris was born out of a PTT experiment and pushed onto the world of Seattle. Being SINless, they needed a place to stay, and the finnigan family was welcoming through a trial by fire. Now a quirked up Fixer, they want to ruffle as many feathers as possible while shaking up the Seattle Scene.
