Overview
Theodore isn't particularly forthcoming about how and why he is involved with the Yoshinaga clan. What is known is that he was not aligned with any major gang, nor was he in trouble with them. Aside from that, Theodore has Yoshinaga Chikara's ear regarding intelligence and keeps an ear to the ground regarding Open Source Intelligence, as well as anything else he can dig up.
