Overview

While the Japanese Imperial Forces may be long gone from the Philippines, the Huk is still going strong and is always in need of more operations funds. Bautista was sent out to Los Angeles to take advantage of all the newly formed waterfront property from the quake of 2069 and to find more buyers for Huk products. A brawling adept, Bautista has grown accustomed to the comfortable life of a land-loving gangster and tries not to fall back onto his pirate roots too often, though that hasn't stopped him from taking over a high rise in the flooded ruins of downtown and fitting it up like a pirate base.

Pirate Trainer	Prior to the withdrawal of Japanese Imperial Forces in the Philippines, Bautista worked as a Huk pirate and later as one of the fleet trainers under Captain Simpao in Bubyan. He still keeps tabs on the Pacific pirate community even if his seagoing days are mostly over.
Gun Runner	With Aztlan and the Free State nearby, along with all of the turmoil in LA, demand for guns and ammo is unlimited. Bautista has an easy time shipping in armaments and keeps a decent stock on hand.
Demolition Man	The Huk is still trying to offload most of their munitions stockpile from their fight for liberation. Good thing plastic explosives don't really go bad.
