Overview
While the Japanese Imperial Forces may be long gone from the Philippines, the Huk is still going strong and is always in need of more operational funds. Bautista was sent out to LA from Manila to help establish the branch and to find more buyers for Huk products. A brawling adept, Bautista has grown accustomed to the comfortable life of a land-loving gangster and tries not to fall back onto his pirate roots too often, though that hasn't stopped him from taking over the ruins of an apartment block and maintaining his own small fleet of boats.
